A chemical preparation that penetrates deep into the metal immediately stops the development of rust in iron and corrosion in galvanized tin and aluminum

Rust prevention shield K14-Kapus – burns and neutralizes chemical rust, which attacks the rust in all its layers until a stable metal layer. Removes the air and moisture and seals the metal from ingress of new moisture and the development of new rust. Used as an initial chemical primer before paint. For direct use on rusty iron, galvanization that has oxidized and turned dark gray, on aluminum oxidized from moisture. Prevents the development of rust and corrosion again.

  • Epoxy resin.
  • Melanes.

Color:

  • Clear.

Gloss:

  • Silky, shiny.

Touch drying :

  • 2-4 hours, final – 24 hours, final difficulty – 7 days.

Drying between layers:

  • 4-24 hours depending on the ambient temperature. Fingerprint check.
  • Can be applied wet on wet until fully absorbed and obtaining a smooth surface with a silky shine.

Application methods:

  • Brushing, rolling, better spraying.

Dilution:

  • Thinner XL

Application instructions and area preparation:

  • Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt, loose paint. Rust scale must be removed with a steel brush.

Packing:

  •  5 liters, 18 liters.

Storage:

  • In a cool and shady place at room temperature.
  • Make sure lids are tightly closed.
