EPOXYDEN IMPREGNATOR ING – CLEAR TWO COMPONENT LOW VISCOSITY IMPREGNATION AND INJECTION EPOXY FOR CONSTRUCTION USE

ING epoxy impregnator is extremely thin, with a tiny size for deep penetration of absorbent infrastructures, for stabilization and reinforcement. Extremely strong with a unique molecular structure. Produced in accordance with the requirements for penetration to a maximum depth for a deep adhesion grip to fabric infrastructures, fibers, unstable ground as well as for penetration to the depth of capillary and constructive cracks, its thinness is suitable for injection into cracks to fill gaps for reinforcement and adhesion to prevent and/or stop disintegration. With the addition of a catalyst as part C, the hardening time of the impregnant can be accelerated, mainly in injections where in some cases there is a demand for an extremely fast hardening time. The epoxy impregnation creates a particularly hard layer that can also be used as a solid infrastructure for driving heavy vehicles.

Characteristics:

  • Extremely thin with a tiny molecular size that penetrates deep into absorbent infrastructures.
  • Suitable for application on polyester fabrics and polyester nets for building aircraft bodies, assemblies, protective vests, helmets, etc.
  • Strengthens and hardens unstable infrastructures such as sandy soil, gravel, gravel, etc.
  • Slow drying that provides adequate time to penetrate the depth of the infrastructure.
  • Suitable for injection into cracks for filling, gluing and constructive reinforcement.
  • With the addition of a catalyst, the hardening time can be adjusted to short periods.
  • Excellent adhesion to the infrastructure.
  • Easy to apply.
  • Heat resistant up to 150 degrees for short periods of time.
  • Resistant to fuels and oils including jet fuel.
  • Harder and stronger than the strength of concrete.
  • Abrasion resistant and also suitable for driving vehicles.

Uses:

  • For casting rigid bodies, thin casting to the mold.
  • For application on polyester fabrics, polyethylene fibers, fiberglass fibers and polyester nets for building aircraft bodies, assemblies, protective vests, helmets, surfboards, etc.
  • As a grouting element it penetrates deep into the infrastructure and above the coating to sandy or other absorbent soil.
  • As a filling for a cracked concrete layer in dirt roads for rehabilitation.
  • For anchoring unstable absorbent soil.
  • Fusion of capillary and constructive cracks in concrete.
  • To strengthen an unstable infrastructure and turn it into an infrastructure for vehicle travel.
  • For injection into cracks in walls and ceilings for filling and strengthening.
  • For thin casting into holes and cracks for filling, gluing and strengthening.
