Characteristics:

  • Can be cast in one thick layer with no thickness limit.
  • 100% solids, no solvent evaporation.
  • Smooth, very hard and scratch resistant.
  • Very washable and repels dust and dirt.
  • Resistant to harsh chemical substances without solvents for cleaning floors.
  • Can be cast thick on a suitable foundation, plus part C for a mixture of quartz for grout for anchoring machines in industry from vibrations or for filling holes in the floor.
  • High hardness, suitable for driving forklifts, cars, lifting equipment.
  • Excellent adhesion to any rigid infrastructure including concrete and steel and steel alloys with a suitable foundation.
  • It is easy to apply in casting as it has self-leveling ability.
  • Resistant to pesticides, industrial chemicals, oils and fuels.
  • Heat and cold resistance.
  • Resistant to unusual humidity and salinity conditions, many acids and bases.
  • Resistant to standing water even those with industrial waste for very long periods.

Uses:

  • For the repair of fracture damage and subsidence of concrete and flooring in the chemical industry, garages, warehouses, food factories of all kinds, slaughterhouses, large kitchens, restaurants, public toilets, garbage rooms and compactors, etc.
  • For anchoring the legs of machines in the chemical industry to the floor, to prevent movement even during vibrations.
  • Coating terrazzo floors and panels in bathrooms in general and public ones in particular, showers, etc. before an upper layer.
  • To repair arresters and unloading and loading surfaces of chemicals. Fracture repairs and smoothing and alignment.

  • Part A – can be mixed by hand easily and after 5 minutes you will get a uniform and smooth solution.

  • 12+6 = 18 liters + 60 kg quartz for grout = 80 kg (54 liters)
  • 36+18 = 54 liters + 180 kg quartz for grout = 238 kg (162 liters)
