Technical data:

  • Consumption – 100-200 grams per square meter.
  • Coverage – 1 liter per 5-10 square meters (
  • Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen) passes the test of Israeli standard 935 section 307.
  • Solids – 40% (Standard 785 Part 17)
  • Pigments: 65% (standard 785 part 19)
  • Grinding minutes – up to 50 microns (Ti 785 part 15 – up to 60 microns).
  • Density – 1.00-1.25 gm/cm 3  .
  • Resistance to immersion in water – no bubbles, no softening, no change in adhesion, (TI 935 section 312).
  • Resistance to “sweating” (bleeding) – not less than level 6 according to ASTM D-868 and ASTM D-969 Resistance to solvents and fuels – resistant according to ASTM D-2792-93.
  • Viscosity -0.5-1.5 sec (HAAKE)
  • Stiffness – 3 Dg (Ericsson).
  • Abrasion – 120 microns – 1050 cycles (Gardner) ASTM, American standard ASTM D4060 dry film thickness 200 microns, weight loss – 2 grams per 500 cycles (standard – up to 2.5 grams authorized loss).
  • Heat resistance up to 70 degrees Celsius without change in properties and deformation.
  • Recommended number of layers – 2-3.
  • UV resistance – 5 years Accelerated weathering test with exposure to the sun.

Color:

  • White and any shade.

Gloss:

  • Bright (Ti 935 section 309).

Touch drying :

  • 10-20 minutes.

Drying between layers:

  • 5 hour. Final: 3 hours

Application methods:

  • Brushing, rolling, spraying

Dilution:

  • Brushing – 5-10% thinner D-32
  • Spraying – 10-30% thinner D-32 pressure 3-4 atm.
  • Airless – 5-10% thinner D-32 pressure 5-6 atm nozzle “0.015

Area preparation:

  • Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt, rust.
  • Rust: polish until removal, paint with an epoxy primer that converts rust.

Packing:

  • 1 liter, 5 liters, 18 liters.

Storage:

  • In a cool and shady place at room temperature with adequate ventilation.
  • Make sure the lid is hermetically closed.

Shelf Life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning tools:

  • Thinner 21-D immediately after painting.
