Space preparation and instructions for use and application:

  • Steel piping – polishing until cleaningSA-2.5or steel brushes up to ST-3 and applying a foundation layer and after drying 2-3 layers of thermosil polyplex piping. F
  • Renewal of existing coating – thorough cleaning from dust, grease, dirt and loose paint. Apply 2-3 layers of thermosil polyplex piping. F
  • Concrete piping – rubbing for cleaning, applying a penetrating foundation and after drying 2-3 layers of thermosil polyplex piping. F

Primary color:

  • Steel piping – Epoxyden antiphalian primer. A layer of 50-100 microns.
  • Dry concrete piping – Epoxyden flor transparent primer.
  • On moist concrete – Epoxyden primer 450.
  • After drying the element for 6-24 hours, the material should be applied in layers as necessary for the required thermal insulation.

Packaging:

  • 5liters, 18 liters.

Storage:

  • In a cool, shaded place at room temperature.

Shelf Life:

  • 12months in original packaging.

Cleaning tools:

  • Dilutes 11-D after painting.
