DENBERGLOSS ACRYLIC 2:1   – POLYURETHANE TWO COMPONENT  TOP COAT PAINT FOR EXTERNAL USE, DURABILITY FOR HARD DEMANDS. FOR PAINTING DOORS.

Denbergloss acrylic top polyurethane paint aliphatic polyurethane paint –   hard top polyurethane paint in a selection of shades, glossy/matte/silky, smooth or rough decorative and resistant to exterior painting of all types of doors, especially entrance doors and doors in general, for strong resistance to mechanical and chemical abrasion and particularly harsh climatic conditions. Very smooth – dust repellent, or rough. Can be applied in several layers. Does not fade or disintegrate even with long exposure to the sun.

  • Theoretical coverage – 1 liter per 10-15 square meters.
  • Recommended layer thickness 40-50 dry microns.
  • Recommended wet layer thickness – 80-100 microns.
  • Base to hard ratio – 2:1
  • Shine at 60 0  – shiny 80% <, silk 15-45%, matte 5% >
  • Pot life = working time from the moment of mixing B+A – 6> hours.

Drying between layers:

  • For another layer – 30 minutes, hard drying – 8 hours, final drying – 12-16 hours.

Application methods:

  • Brushing, rolling, spraying.

Dilution:

  • To spray – 10-35% thinner 11 – D pressure 3-4 at’.
  • Brushing/rolling – can be applied without dilution or up to 20% in thinner 11 – D if application streaks or “orange peel” are formed during application.

Area preparation:

  • Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt and loose paint.
  • Rubbing with glass wool to remove grains and blowing with air pressure.
  • Filling large holes and depressions with epoxy putty.
  • Preparing an area for painting with a white base putty that rubs off.
  • Primer repairs or a new primer with “epoxidan 19 HB (Sulcot)
