Synthetic rubber for coating old tires

Liquid synthetic rubber tire coating for tires to refresh the look of the tire – black synthetic rubber coating in an acrylic solution for fast drying, flexible, multi-solids, for coating tires by spraying and/or applying. Fills capillary cracks in the sides of old tires, beautifies and gives a new look to the tire. Produced in a 400 ml aerosol and a thicker solution for professionals in 1, 5, liter packages.

Produced in accordance with T.I. 755. Contains flame retardants.

Characteristics:

• Quick drying liquid rubber suitable for coating to refresh the look of old tires.
• Gives an old tire a new look.
• Very strong adhesion to tires.
• It can be applied in several layers to obtain a desired thickness to fill dry cracks in the tire.
• The waiting time between layers is short due to the fast drying.
• Excellent connectivity between layers.
• Contains flame retardants.
• Resistant to heat and cold and extreme weather conditions as well as salty seawater and fresh water.
• Flexible and strong. Resistant to scratches and shocks.
• Easy to apply by spraying/smearing.
• Decorative and gives the tire a new and fresh look.

Synthetic rubber for coating old tires

Technical data:

• Theoretical coverage capacity – 1 liter per 8-10 square meters
• Practical consumption for each layer of 100 microns – 150 milliliters of liquid rubber per square meter to obtain a 100 micron dry layer (the minimum required).
• Recommended number of layers – 1-2
• % solids by volume in a thickening can – 60% (TI 785 part 17).
• Recommended layer thickness – 150 wet microns.

• Silk, (T.I. 935 section 309).

Touch drying :

• 10-15 minutes depending on the ambient temperature. Drying time in a wheel – (Ti 935 Section 304 Amendment No. 2) – up to 45 minutes

Drying between layers:

• 20 minutes, final: 3-4 hours (depending on the ambient temperature)

Application methods:

• Brushing, rolling, spraying with aerosol.

Area preparation:

• Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt, washing with degreaserZ is recommended to remove grease if any, washing with fresh water and waiting for drying, to ensure the cleanliness of the surface before painting.

Packing:

• 1 liter, 5 liters, 18 liters.
