CAR  SCRATCH RESIST  ACRYLIC UV DURABLE LACQUER POLYURETHANE TWO COMPONENT TOP COAT LACQUER FOR CARS, EXTERNAL USE, DURABILITY FOR HARD EMANDSD  

 Hard, very shiny and scratch-resistant top transparent polyurethane car polish, smooth decorative and durable for painting the top layer of cars. For strong resistance to abrasion and scratches and particularly harsh climatic conditions. Very smooth, dust repellent, can be applied in several layers. Does not fade or disintegrate even with long exposure to the sun.

Technical data:

• Theoretical coverage – 1 liter per 10-15 square meters.
• Practical consumption – 1 liter per 8 square meters.
• Recommended layer thickness 35-40 dry microns.
• Recommended wet layer thickness – 60 microns.
• And the thickness of 2 layers wet on wet is recommended – 120 microns

• Hydrocarbon resistance – no loss of adhesion one hour after removal from the liquid.
• Heat resistance –  ^O  C121 for 60 minutes. No tone changes up to delta E =1.
• Humidity chamber – 30 days in 100% humidity at a temperature of  ^O C49 without loss of adhesion or damage to the film one hour after removal from the liquid
• % solids by volume – shiny % 66.6
• The tourism test and radiation resistance under accelerated conditions for this product: 1,200 hours in a Q-Pannel with a UVA-340 lamp in cycles of 8 hours of light at a temperature of 60 0 ^and  4 hours at a temperature of 50 ⁰  , the color passed the test successfully with minimal color changes and without any damage in the mechanical properties. Tested according to STM D-4587-91 This test was conducted at the Ministry of Defense – Materials Laboratory and is attached to this specification.
