A hard, multi-solid ,  UV- resistant   , scratch-resistant elliptical matte two-component acrylic polyurethane paint  for durability in particularly harsh conditions for many years, especially suitable as a top paint for helmets for durability in severe and harsh outdoor conditions for many years. Can be painted in several layers. Does not fade or disintegrate with long exposure to the sun.

Technical data:

  • Part A – can be mixed by hand easily and after 5 minutes you will get a uniform and smooth solution.
  • Part B – will be transparent and clear.
  • Storage durability – 24 hours at 57 0  without separation and spoilage,
  • Theoretical coverage – 1 liter per 5 square meters.
  • Hiding ability – all colors < 95 except yellow < 0.9 in a dry layer of 58 microns
  • Recommended layer thickness 120 dry microns.
  • Recommended wet layer thickness – 200 microns.
  • Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen)
  • Density – 1.1-1.3 gm/cm 3   (varnish 0.9 colors up to 1.3)
  • Viscosity of base mixture with hardener – 65 carb
  • Stiffness – 10 Dg < (Ericsson)

  • Base to hard ratio – 4:1
  • Durability time of diluted paint in the package – 6 hours (viscosity increase no more than 6 seconds from original viscosity)

  • Shade changes are allowed – delta E – 1.0 >
  • Pot life = working time from the moment of mixing B+A – 6> hours.
  • Resistance to jet fuel – 7 days at room temperature – no loss of adhesion 4 hours after removal from the liquid
  • and heat resistance –  O  C121 for 60 minutes. No tone changes up to delta E =1.
  • Humidity chamber – 30 days in 100% humidity at a temperature of  O C49 without loss of adhesion or damage to the film one hour after removal from the liquid
  • Salt cell 2000 hours – no corrosion. and
  • Thermal market – no loss of adhesion. and
  • % solids by volume – 66.6%
  • The tourism test and radiation resistance under accelerated conditions for this product: 1,200 hours in a Q-Pannel with a UVA-340 lamp in cycles of 8 hours of light at a temperature of 60 0 and  4 hours at a temperature of 50 0  , the color passed the test successfully with minimal color changes and without any damage in the mechanical properties. Tested per ASTM D-4587-91
