Denbergloss gray aviation antistatic
Two-component polyurethane antistatic paint, wear-resistant, discharges static electricity
Antistatic electrically conductive paint
Characteristics:
- A high-quality electrical conductor that causes an antistatic electrical discharge that is created during movement and friction.
- Excellent adhesion to aviation aluminum parts, plastic, PVC, and most infrastructures.
- Resistant to outdoor conditions.
- Resistant to severe abrasion at high speed of dust, sand, rain, hail, etc.
- and resistant to UV radiation
- Highly flexible paint.
- High hardness and resistance to mechanical blows and scratches.
- Low electrical resistance, high conductivity for abnormal, high and low electrical currents.
- Two-component, for professional use.
- Resistant to high inrush currents such as lightning as well as differences in the intensity of electric currents.
- A minimum layer thickness of 50 microns is required to obtain quality conduction of 0.01-100 kilo ohms.
Uses:
- Painting airplane and helicopter blades.
- Exterior and interior painting of electronic equipment and plastic cases for all types of electronic/electrical equipment.
- For grounding sensitive electronic equipment.
- For grounding lightning or voltage intrusions.
- To shield electrical and RF cables.

- Other shades on order.
Gloss:
- Matt. % 7 >
Dilution:
- In thinner D-11 up to 35% by volume to obtain a thinness suitable for uniform spraying without leaks.
- Airless – thinning up to 10% nozzle 0.015″
Area preparation:
- Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt and loose paint.
- It is recommended to go over the surface with a cloth dipped in thinner or high-quality alcohol to ensure an area free of grease. For heavy greasy dirt, use degreaser M for high-quality degreasing.
- Rubbing with glass wool to remove grains and blowing with air pressure if the surface is particularly bad for example faded is used.
Primary color:
- Usually there is no need, if there is no adhesion of the paint to the infrastructure, the factory should be consulted about a suitable foundation or preparation of an unusual area.
- For exposed aluminum – repairable aviation foundation. Dunbargloss jet primer, chromate-free or strontium chromate white aviation primer epoxy.
