Epoxy polyamine primer and intermediate paint, red anticorrosive with aluminum, two-component, multi-thickness, multi-solids, high-strength, surface-resistant, resistant to harsh underwater salinity conditions, used as a primer and intermediate layer that seals the barrier and prevents moisture from passing to the painted surface, suitable for painting on Light rust or on areas with partial surface preparation. For painting the underwater and other parts of ships. For multi-layer painting. Red shade, suitable as preparation for antifouling layers. No lead, no chromates and no coal tar.

Epoxy Epoxiden Ship-Guard 100% primary/intermediate solids – contains aluminum flakes in the form of FLAKS, for long-term membrane protection for ferrous metals and galvanized iron, resistant up to  O C 200, suitable for boiling water. Extremely strong with a unique molecular structure, which allows repainting in additional layers with a time window, the paint creates a strong foundation and/or intermediate layer with a particularly high adhesion to parts made of ferrous metals.

Suitable for a highly aggressive corrosive environment in class  C5-I and meets the requirements of the ISO 12944-6  standard   for chemicals  ( ISO 2812-1 ) , humidity chamber  ( ISO 6270 ) , salt chamber  ( ISO 7253 )  for the grade:  DURABILITY RANGE – HIGH

Characteristics:

  • Very thick and resistant to mechanical blows.
  • Can be painted on steel with light rust or partial surface preparation.
  • Anticorrosive, prevents the development of rust.
  • Primer and intermediate for ships before painting with antifouling for parts below the sea level or Dunbargloss Ship polyurethane paint for parts above the water surface.
  • Non-toxic and does not emit toxins.
  • Resistant to boiling water.
  • Resistant to extreme humidity in underwater conditions.
  • A primer with mechanical strength and very high adhesion to Brazilian and galvanized metals.
  • Resistant to immersion in sea water.
  • Creates a proper preparation for piping and containers for continued painting with Elliptical Danbergloss acrylic polyurethane paint.
  • The structure of the aluminum flakes creates a membrane protection that prevents the passage of moisture.
  • Anticorrosive, protects against oxidation or rust in ferrous metals.
  • Resistant to alkaline solutions and diluted acids and to abnormal and prolonged humid conditions.
  • As an intermediate layer in crude oil and oil distillates tanks/tanks.
  • Easy to apply and dries quickly.
  • Can be painted in many layers with a large time window of up to 48 hours by brushing and spraying.
  • Texo is tropical and suitable for spraying in great thickness for each layer for many years of durability requirements.
  • Ready for repainting and/or coating with a top layer the same day after 12 hours.
  • High coverage area.

  • For interior painting of fresh and salt water pipes and tanks.
  • For painting pipes and water tanks, sea water and fresh water in the treatment facilities.
  • Suitable as an intermediate layer on a zinc foundation.
