Characteristics:

• Fireproof.
• Flexible extends by 8% or 150% to choose according to need,
• The hard is more abrasion resistant than any epoxy and yet has 8% flexibility forever that prevents breakage from mechanical blows.
• The flexible is suitable for sports halls and for covering vibrational floors with engines and heavy machines that create shocks and is not brittle, and is especially suitable for expansion joints in concrete – allows expansion joints to work, bridging capillary cracks.
• Perfect sealer from water, repels moisture and prevents penetration into concrete.
• Strengthens any cement infrastructure and prevents dust from leaving the concrete surface.
• Excellent adhesion to the infrastructure.
• The strength of its adhesion allows a multi-thickness coating in one thick casting from 0.5 mm to 20 cm.
• Easy to apply and dries quickly.
• Flexible and absorbs shocks and mechanical blows and is also suitable as a shock absorber around drainage channels in concrete surfaces in industry as well as in expansion joints in floors.
• Ready for repainting and/or coating the same day and even within a few hours in the summer.
• A coated surface is smooth and very washable, and you must be careful of slipping when the floor is wet and greasy.
• Roughness aggregate can be added during casting to prevent slipping, but washing will be more difficult.

Technical data:

• Theoretical coverage – 1 liter per 1 square meter with a thickness of 1 mm.
• Recommended minimum coverage for industrial floors forklift load 2.5 tons – 3 mm thickness = 3 liters per square meter.
• and covering for sports hall floors 3 mm or 2 mm with 5 mm rubber.
• Recommended layer thickness – 200 microns minimum and up to no limit
• solids – 100%
• Elongation – 150% or 8%
• Density – 1.2-1.4 gm/cm ³
• Stiffness – Dg >10 (Ericsson)
• Mixing ratio – flexible 3:1, rigid – 2:1:1
• Working time from the moment of mixing base with hardener – 20-30 minutes.
• Hardness – 85 (Shore D, ASTM D 2240)
• Recommended number of layers – in one thick layer or in the future additional layers without limitation and only light polishing to prepare an area to improve the adhesion between the layers.
