A leveling transparent top epoxy coating , two-component multi-thickness, 100% solids, strong and thick wear-resistant, for coating floors on which pictures have been drawn or pasted, including three-dimensional pictures. Creates a smooth and level surface, easy to clean.

Characteristics:
Provides a smooth transparent surface that protects the image on the floor, on which you can walk.

It is easy to apply in casting as it has self-leveling ability.
Resistant to various chemicals, oils and fuels, solvents, resistant to acids and bases in low concentrations – see resistance table.
Heat and cold resistance. Resistant to unusual humidity conditions in fresh, distilled, salt water.
Not resistant to direct exposure to the sun. Dunbargloss Clear should be watched.
Does not contain cadmium, lead, chromates.

Technical data:
Part A – cloudy transparent, can be easily mixed by hand and after 5 minutes you will get a uniform and smooth solution.
Part B – will be transparent and clear.
Storage durability – 24 hours at 570 without separation and spoilage,
Coverage – 1 liter per 1 square meter in a layer of 1 mm.
Ratio of base to hardener – in a transparent shade – 2:1 by weight. or 1:06 by volume.
Pot life = working time from the moment of mixing B+A to packing 5 liters – 20-30 minutes.
Resistance to distilled water 24 hours – without loss of adhesion or corrosion one hour after removal from the liquid.
Hydrocarbon resistance – no loss of adhesion one hour after removal from the liquid.
and oil resistance 1250 24 hours at OC 121 – without loss of adhesion 4 hours after removal from the liquid.

Resistance to jet fuel – 7 days at room temperature – no loss of adhesion 4 hours after removal from the liquid
Heat resistance – O C121 for 60 minutes. No tone changes up to delta E =1.
Humidity chamber – 30 days in 100% humidity at a temperature of OC49 without loss of adhesion or damage to the film one hour after removal from the liquid
Salt cell – 3000 hours without the appearance of corrosion.
Thermal market – no loss of adhesion.

Adhesion to steel – 210 kg/cm2, adhesion to concrete – more than the tearing strength of the concrete.
