Antistatic Totagum, fast drying antistatic solvent black paint
containing:
- Resins.
- Melanins, anticorrosive pigments.
- Special plasticizers.
- Deep penetration materials.
- Solvents, additives.
Color:
- black.
Gloss:
- Matt up to 18%, (Tai 935 section 309).
Touch drying :
- 15-25 minutes. Drying time in a wheel – (Ti 935 Section 304 Amendment No. 2) – up to 45 minutes
Application methods:
- Mix lightly, dilute as needed and spread or spray.
Dilution:
- The paint is ready to use without dilution. If thick, it can be thinned a little with thinner D-18 for spraying or D-32 for applying with a brush.
- If the lid is left open, you can add 21-D thinner and mix well until you get a thin but not too thin mixture that is convenient to use, to prevent the graphite from settling.
Area preparation:
- Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt, washing with degreaser Z or degreaser MC is recommended to remove grease if any, to ensure the cleanliness of the surface before painting.
Packing:
- 2.5 liters, 5 liters, 18 liters.
Storage:
- In a cool and shady place at room temperature with adequate ventilation.
- Make sure the lid is tightly closed.
Shelf Life:
- 12 months in the original packaging.
Cleaning tools:
- Thinner 21-D immediately after painting.
