A special acrylic polymer additive for construction. An acrylic polymer additive for cementitious mixtures for GRC architectural concrete , which improves the adhesiveness, flexibility, workability, strength, abrasion resistance, resistance to chemicals and salts and the sealing of the concrete and enables a smooth and decorative finish. Creates a significant improvement in the strength of the concrete and reduces the ratio between water and cement in the cement mixtures, thereby improving its density and strength, reducing the chance of cracking. The sealing prevents the ingress of water that damages the rebar, causing it to rust and the concrete to swell. Prevents accelerated weathering of the concrete and extends its life. Gives a developer time to harden which allows the processing of the material to obtain a dense, bubble-free, smooth and decorative finish.

An example recommendation for preparing an architectural concrete mixture:
- 14 liters of water
- 5 kg cement Bond 23
- 250 grams of super plasticizer
- 50 kg of silica sand
- 50 kg of white cement
- About 5% glass fiber for armor
