Black ink for printing on injection molded products in production lines where extremely fast drying marking is required. Suitable for marking metal cans, plastic packaging, aluminum packaging, shrink wrap, paper, cardboard, serial number stickers, expiration date and more…

Black ink thinner produced respectively in black/red shade produced in 1 liter packages.

The ink is produced in black and red in 1 liter packages.

• Consumption – about 80 grams per square meter.
• % solids – about 48% (T.I. 785 part 17).
• Pigment content in the color – 65% (T.I. 785 part 19)
• Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen) passes the test of Israeli standard 935 section 307.
• Fine grinding – up to 5 microns
• Density – 1.0-1.1 gm/cm ³
• Resistance to immersion in water – no bubbles, no softening, no change in adhesion, (TI 935 section 312)
• Bleeding resistance – no less than level 6 according to ASTM D-868 and ASTM D-969
• For resistance to solvents and fuels – resistant according to ASTM D-2792-93
• Viscosity – at room temperature: 50-60 Krebs.
• Stiffness – 5< Dg (Ericsson)
• Abrasion – 120 microns – 400 cycles (Gardner) ASTM, American standard ASTM D4060 Dry film thickness 200 microns, weight loss – 2 grams per 500 cycles (standard – up to 2.5 grams authorized loss)
• Peeling strength – minimum 5 kg per square meter.
• Heat resistance up to 70 degrees Celsius without change in properties and deformation.
• Recommended layer thickness – 80-100 wet microns.

Containing:

• Resins.

Gloss:

• Met up to 18%, (Tai 935 section 309).

Touch drying :

• 0.5-1 minutes.

Application methods:

• The ink must be filled in the ink tank
• The thinner must be filled in the thinner tank

Packing:

• 0.75 liters, 1 liter, 5 liters.

Storage:

• In a cool and shady place at room temperature with adequate ventilation.
• Make sure the lid is tightly closed.

Shelf Life:

• 12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning tools:

• Acetone or Mac.

Safety:

• Not for food, keep out of reach of children.
• Flammable, away from heat, fire and sparks.
• Ensure adequate ventilation during application.
• Wear safety glasses, solvent-resistant gloves, protective clothing.
• In case of injury – seek medical attention immediately.

Warning:

• Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes, causes dryness and skin irritation. In case of contact, wash with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
