One-component white elliptical polyurethane for sealing roofs

A thick liquid made of a special one-component hydrophobic elastomeric polyurethane, flexible and hard, UV- resistant elliptical , which polymerizes from air moisture without the need for a hardener. To dilute with thinner XL to spray with Airless.

400% and more elongation, thick and strong, for coating all types of flat roofs. on old bituminous sheets or directly on the concrete roof. Resistant to deep freezing temperatures and unlimited thawing.

DENBERSEAL® – ROOF SEAL 1 – ONE COMPONENT WHITE ALIPHATIC POLYURETHANE FOR SEALING ROOFS. WATER PROOFING MEMBRANE WITH >500% ELONGATION

Extremely strong, wear-resistant roofing, produced from special elliptical prepolymers that guarantee resistance to climate conditions and direct sunlight for many years. Has a unique molecular structure, which completely seals against moisture and allows elongation and contraction according to extreme temperature changes. Strengthens the existing infrastructure and gives a smooth, uniform and very strong layer (without seams, joints, solders) suitable for regular use including use as a public balcony and/or infrastructure for a roof with a lot of facilities on which maintenance work is done. Seals and bridges across capillary cracks. Fills the gaps between the Iskurit bins and seals perfectly.

Characteristics:

A perfect sealer from water, repels moisture and prevents penetration of concrete in concrete or tile roofs.
One-component and easy to apply by spraying – easy to dilute with XL thinner
Excellent adhesion to tar infrastructure and bituminous sheets – on a water-based epoxy primer.
The strength of its adhesion enables quality sealing of a flexible membrane over the sealing area.
Significantly and immediately stops water penetration.
Easy to apply and dries quickly. Can be applied in a layer 0.5-1 mm per layer.
Excellent resistance to outdoor conditions, UV resistant.
Hard and resistant to abrasion, scratches and blows.
White and repels the sun’s rays and prevents the roof from heating up.
Very washable and easy to wash.

One-component white elliptical polyurethane for sealing roofs

Uses:

For sealing and coating particularly large roof areas with pneumatic airless spraying.
For sealing concrete roofs, tar, bituminous sheets, scum and insulated panel.
Filling gaps between Iskurit panels and coating Iskurit roof surfaces.
Thick coating by spraying several layers on the roofs of cooling and freezing rooms.
For bridging capillary cracks in problematic concrete roofs.
For underfloor sealing in wet rooms.
For sealing underground structures before covering with soil.

Technical data:

Theoretical coverage for roofs – up to 1 kg per square meter per layer, about 0.75 liters per square meter.
Recommended number of layers – at least 2 with a thickness of up to 0.75 liters per layer.
Recommended minimum layer thickness for waterproofing Iskurit roofs – 600 dry microns per layer, in 2 layers in total – 1.2 mm dry layer.
Elongation – 400% < (ASTM D412/EN ISO 527-3
