Aqua Flex roof

Touch drying :

• 60 minutes in the summer.

Drying between layers:

• 6-8 hours. Final: 24 hours.

Application methods:

• Brushing, rolling, spraying.
• It is recommended to spray at a pressure of 5 atm.

Dilution:

• water.
• Brushing/rolling – 5-10%
• Spraying – first layer 10% second layer – 5%.

 Area preparation:

• Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt and loose paint.
• Cleaning with water pressure and drying.
• Opening cracks and filling with polyplex gum.
• Dent repair and hole filling in Denver acrylic putty to obtain a smooth sloped surface.
• Tar/sheet bubble cutting and removal. Filling acrylic putty to zero height.
• Repairs tears, cracks and bald spots in bituminous sheets, with polyplex gum.

• Tar roof or bituminous sheets – a layer of aqua flex white roof diluted with water, preferably a transparent aqua epoxy base layer. and
• On existing acrylic sealant, thorough washing and coating 2 layers with Aqua Flex roof. A clear aqua epoxy base coat is preferable. and
