  ACRYL CAR LACQUER – ONE COMPONENT ACRYLIC LACQUER FOR CARS vehicles fast drying top coat clear lacquer 

Extremely strong varnish, suitable for extreme outdoor conditions in which the vehicle is found. Suitable for years for direct exposure to the sun as well as extreme cold and heat. Gives the car a smooth and beautiful finish.

• Flexible to vibrations and does not crack easily.

• Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen).

Two-layer glossy top varnish for painting vehicles

Containing:

• Special acrylate.
• Special plasticizers.
• Wetting agents and LEVELING
• Solvents, additives.

Gloss:

• brilliant.

Touch drying :

• 10 minutes. (Due to the quick drying, avoid overspray “dust” when spraying).
• If “dust” is formed during spraying, retarder should be added and air pressure to the sprayer should be reduced.

Drying between layers:

• 30 minutes. Final: 2 hours. Final difficulty: 24 hours.

Application methods:

• splash.

Dilution:

• Dilutes XL up to 70% as needed and without leaks.

Area preparation:

• Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt and loose paint.
• Rubbing the base color with sandpaper to remove grains and blowing with air pressure.
• Filling large holes and dents with car polyester putty.
• Filling nozzles with Denver filler and rubbing with glass wool.

Packing:

• 1 liter, 2.5 liters, 5 liters.

Storage:

• In a cool and shady place at room temperature.

Shelf Life:

• 12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning tools:

• XL thinner or 18-D thinner at the end of painting.

Safety:

• Not for food, keep out of reach of children. and
• Flammable, away from heat, fire and sparks. and
• Ensure adequate ventilation during application. and
• Wear safety glasses, solvent-resistant gloves, protective clothing. and
• In case of injury – seek medical attention immediately. and

Warning:

• Do not mix with materials not recommended by us. and
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes, causes dryness and skin irritation. In case of contact, wash with plenty of running water and seek medical attention. and
