Epoxyden 7100 electrical insulation paint
Electrical insulation in thick application – very thick paint for electrical poles and electrical cabinets
Thick epoxy paint for electrical insulation
Epoxydan 7100 for electrical insulation thick epoxy paint for electrical insulation 2.5:1
Hard top two-component epoxy paint , 85% solids , for interior and exterior painting, for resistance to particularly difficult conditions including direct exposure to the sun and rain, especially suitable as a top protective coating for electrical insulation of electrical poles, electrical and electronic systems exposed to water and moisture to prevent short circuits, as well as for systems that are in motion for fixation and protection from physical damage that can be caused by vibrations and mechanical blows.
EPOXYDEN 7100 (2.5:1) – HEAVY DUTY EPOXY TWO COMPONENT TOP COAT PAINT for electrical insulation
Epoxy paint for top electrical insulation hard transparent/in shades, decorative smooth and durable. For protective coating of electrical poles and all types of electrical systems and stationary and mobile electronic equipment for insulation and sealing from moisture and water as well as from damage caused by vibrations of transformers and the like, for firm resistance to mechanical and chemical abrasion and particularly harsh climatic conditions. Very smooth, dust repellent, can be applied in several layers. Does not fade even with long exposure to the sun. Insulates electricity and prevents the passage of electricity on the coated surface to prevent electrocution and/or short circuit. Can be painted directly on light rust.
Characteristics:
- Excellent electrical insulation capacity.
- Smooth and hard finish.
- Very washable and repels dust and dirt.
- High hardness, suitable for outdoor conditions such as electrical poles, electrical cabinets, street lighting poles, electronic assemblies and electrical equipment and accessories.
- Excellent adhesion to the infrastructure.
- Resistant to scratches and mechanical damage.
- Anticorrosive, can be applied to light rust.
- Easy to apply, you can get a thick coating in one layer by spraying.
- Chemical resistant.
- Heat and cold resistance.
- Does not contain cadmium, lead, chromates.
Uses:
- As a protective paint layer and electrical insulation for power poles.
- As a protective paint layer and electrical insulation for foundations and concrete bases of electricity poles.
- And as an upper layer for electrical insulation of systems that may come into contact with water or high humidity and transmit electricity that can endanger human life and/or cause a short circuit.
- For painting accessories and parts that produce/transmit electricity and mobile/permanent ground equipment that produces electricity.
