Epoxy grout for repairing floors

A three-component product for mixing and pouring into pits and/or recesses in a concrete or epoxy-coated floor. For leveling filling and leveling the floor. for anchoring machines.

Characteristics:

• Can be cast in one thick layer with no thickness limit.
• 100% solids, no solvent evaporation.
• Smooth, very hard and scratch resistant.
• Very washable and repels dust and dirt.
• Resistant to harsh chemical substances without solvents for cleaning floors.
• It can be cast thick on a suitable foundation, with the addition of part C to a mixture of quartz for grout to anchor machines in industry from vibrations or to fill holes in the floor.
• High hardness, suitable for driving forklifts, cars, lifting equipment.
• Excellent adhesion to any rigid infrastructure including concrete and steel and steel alloys with a suitable foundation.
• It is easy to apply in casting as it has self-leveling ability.
• Resistant to pesticides, industrial chemicals, oils and fuels.
• Heat and cold resistance.
• Resistant to unusual humidity and salinity conditions, many acids and bases.
• Resistant to standing water even those with industrial waste for very long periods.
• It can be repaired easily and the cost is low.
• High electrical insulation.
• Does not contain cadmium, lead, chromates.

Uses:

• To repair fracture damage and subsidence of concrete and flooring in industry, garages, warehouses, food factories of all kinds, slaughterhouses, large kitchens, restaurants, public toilets, garbage rooms and compactors, etc.
• For anchoring machine legs in industry to the floor, to prevent movement even during vibrations.
• Coating floors and panels in bathrooms in general and public ones in particular, showers, etc.

Technical data:

• Part A – can be mixed by hand easily and after 5 minutes you will get a uniform and smooth solution.
• Part B – will be transparent and clear.
• and part C – quartz aggregate for grout.
• Storage durability – 24 hours at 57 ⁰  without separation and spoilage,
• Coverage – 1 liter per 1 square meter in a 1 mm layer, 3 liters per 1 square meter in a 3 mm layer.
• To prepare grout – for mixture A + B of 5 liters 6 kg – additional part C – 15-10 kg quartz grout. Total 16-21 kg mixture
• For mixture A + B = 15 liters 18 kg – addition part C quartz grout 30-45 kg. Total 48-63 kg
• Recommended layer thickness – no limit.
• Flexibility – 4 mm (sheen)
• Density of parts A + B – 1.0-1.1 g/cm 3 for transparent, 1-1.3 gm/cm ³   for colored.
• % solids – 100%
• Ratio of base to hardener – 2:1 3.4 kg of base + 1.6 kg of hardener + 10 kg of quartz grout
• Flash point part A – 255 degrees, part B – 166 degrees. and
• Stiffness – >10 Dg (Ericsson) f
• Bending resistance – 30 newtons per square meter
• Drag resistance – 15.8 newtons per square meter
• Average viscosity A+B– cPs 12,000-15,000 (Brookfield) and
• Compression resistance – 800 kg per square meter
• Pot life = working time from the moment of mixing B+A – 15-30 minutes. and

Packing:

• 3.4+1.6 = 5 liters = 6 kg + 10 kg quartz for grout = 16 kg mixture and
• 5+2.5 = 7.5 liters = 9 kg + 15 kg quartz for grout = 24 kg mixture and
• 10+5= 15 liters = 18 kg + 30 kg quartz for grout = 48 kg mixture and
