Epoxyden Floor Primer 450 for wet concrete
Primer for moist and/or partially cured concrete floors – special epoxy primer for coating moist floors
A one-of-a-kind epoxy polyamide primer with an extremely low viscosity with advanced emulsifiers that penetrates deep into the moist concrete despite the water and connects with the concrete and with the water until complete drying, two-component, suitable as a primer for moist concrete before coating as well as for partially cured concrete without the option of waiting for the end of curing (28 days )
EPOXYDEN FLOOR PRIMER 450 FOR WET/HUMID CONCRETE – surfaces before top coating.
Special for concrete floors/walls/pillars that have not finished curing and/or are in constant moisture conditions, especially strong with a unique molecular structure, produced in accordance with the requirements for a primer color suitable for concrete that has not finished curing. Creates a strong base layer with high adhesion to the concrete parts despite the water. Creates a base layer for concrete and steel. Suitable for steel poles in concrete bases and electricity poles in concrete bases. Suitable for painting concrete with bare iron .
Characteristics:
- Penetrates deep into the concrete (tiny molecular size) and creates a foundation for painting. Coats the concrete floors/stairs/pillars with a foundation layer that has mechanical strength and has high adhesion despite the moisture in the concrete using advanced emulsifier technology .
- Creates a suitable preparation for continued painting with flexible polyurethane epoxy paint or 100% solids flexible polyurethane paint.
- Strengthens the concrete and fills “Purim”.
- Concrete can be painted two days after casting (diamond polishing required first)
- Resistant to alkaline solutions and diluted acids and to unusual humid and salty conditions.
- Gives opacity and extends the service period.
- Easy to apply and dries within 24 hours.
- Resistant to fuels and oils including jet fuel.
uses:
- For primer painting on concrete floors/concrete columns/concrete steps/concrete walls on the floor before coating with epoxy or multi-thick polyurethane.
- As a base color for moist concrete blocks (in winter) for anchoring light poles and electricity poles.
- For primer painting of wet concrete walls with bare iron before painting or spichtul for concrete restoration.
- As a foundation for polyurethane, epoxies and other top paints on concrete surfaces that have not finished curing.
