Non-stick, one-component liquid red silicone rubber for coating baking trays and cooking and frying utensils, flexible and extremely strong, resistant to high temperatures up to    230 ^O C

Characteristics:

• approved for food. Coats baking food trays and prevents food from sticking to them.
• Extremely flexible and strong. Mechanical strength and firm durability.
• Resistant to scratches and friction.
• Ready to use. Can be diluted to spray.
• liquid leveler. Creates a smooth surface and prevents adhesion.
• Easy to apply by any means possible.
• Excellent resistance to water and outdoor conditions, UV resistance.

Uses:

• For coating baking trays to prevent sticking.
• Suitable for baking croissants, buns, all types of bread and more..
• For coating frying and cooking utensils.
• For flexible filling and gluing in industry and aviation.
• For anti-stick coating in industry on machines and production lines.
• For the production of flexible molds for sculpture, art, baking.
• With a thin coating of less than 0.5 millimeters (500 microns) it is recommended to dry in the oven to prevent the development of bubbles.

Technical data:

• Recommended layer thickness for baking trays – 130-150 dry microns. or 150 grams per square meter.
• Recommended thickness for frying and cooking utensils – 150-350 microns recommended in two layers.
• For plastering and full drying – air drying 60 minutes + 1 hour at 250 degrees or 4 hours at 200 degrees.
• Elongation – 250% (ISO 37 type 1)
• Tear strength – 6.2N/mm (ASTM D 624 B)
• Tensile strength – 3.2 N/mm ²  (ISO 37 type 1)
• Density – 1.1-1.2gm/cm ³  (DIN EN ISO 1183-1 A)
• Heat resistance up to 230 degrees Celsius without change in properties and deformation.

Application methods:

• Spraying, rolling, brushing, dipping parts. and
• Airless is the most recommended due to the need for minimal thinning. and

Dilution:

• As needed 1:1 to 2:1 with mineral turpentine or non-toxic food grade aliphatic thinner. and

Packing:

• 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 5 kg, 20 kg.

Storage:

• In a cool and shady place at room temperature with adequate ventilation. and
• Make sure lids are hermetically closed. and

Shelf Life:

• 6 months in the original packaging. and

Cleaning tools:

• Thinner 21-D immediately after painting. and
