Roof Sealing Denbersil® Roof Sealer 2 for sealing roofs and surface parking lots suitable for driving vehicles – two-component abrasion-resistant flexible polyurethane coating  100% solids 100% elongation multi-thickness and high-strength for coating roofs  and floors  of all kinds and for filling connection gaps in scum plates and drainage channels, for coating industrial floors and energy rooms and garbage, for coating the floor of clean rooms, industrial kitchens and the floor of washrooms. Resistant to deep freezing temperatures and unlimited thawing.

Suitable for driving vehicles  on roofs used as a parking lot for light vehicles .

Approved by the Israeli Standards Institute  Test No. 9611916541   including weathering tests according to standard 1731 Suitable for extreme climate conditions with direct exposure.

DENBERSEAL®- ROOF SEAL 2  –   Two component  white/colored polyurethane coat, UV durable for sealing  and coating roofs and floors. Water proofing membrane  with >300% elongation. Suitable for car parking floors sealing coat

Characteristics:

• Flexible extends by 100% and bridges capillary cracks.
• A perfect sealer from water, repels moisture and prevents penetration of concrete in concrete or tile roofs.
• Abrasion resistant and suitable for driving vehicles and forklifts.
• Levels and creates a uniform and smooth sealing membrane without seams/joints/solders.
• Strengthens any cement, bituminous and tin infrastructure.
• Excellent adhesion to the infrastructure.
• The strength of its adhesion allows a multi-thickness coating in one thick casting from 0.5 mm to 5 mm and more.
• Significantly and immediately stops water penetration.
• 100% solids  without diluents and without smell .
• Flexible and absorbs shocks and hard and violent mechanical blows, suitable for sealing and coating surface parking lots.
• Ready for repainting and/or coating the same day and even within a few hours in the summer.

Uses:

• For sealing and coating particularly large roof areas with pneumatic airless spraying or leveling casting with anti-slip roughness aggregate.
• Filling spaces between ascorite panels and coating ascorite surfaces and an insulated panel in the roofs.
• Thick coating in one casting of industrial floors, energy rooms, washrooms and kitchens, clean rooms, underfloor sealing, etc.
• For bridging capillary cracks in problematic concrete roofs.
• For a three-layer coating for concrete roofs used as a surface car park: a base layer that penetrates the concrete, a thick intermediate layer of roof sealer 2, a decorative top layer of Danbergloss Fluor in shades.

Technical data:

• Theoretical coverage for roofs – 1 liter per 5 square meters on a smooth roof with a thickness of 200 microns.
• Recommended minimum layer thickness for waterproofing Iskurit roofs – 750 microns.
• Recommended minimum coverage for surface car parks – 3 mm thickness = 3 liters per square meter.
• Elongation – 100% <
• Mixing ratio by volume – 3:1
•  solids – 100%
• Working time from the moment of mixing base with hardener – 30 minutes at 20 degrees.

• Minimum waiting time from the moment of casting to the possibility of use – 24 hours.
• Final hard drying – 3 to 7 days.
• Recommended layer thickness – no thickness limit but not less than 200 microns.
• Recommended number of layers – one thick layer or unlimited additional layers in the future, just polishing to prepare the surface to improve adhesion between the layers.
