Zinc-rich organic silicone anticorrosive base paint resistant to 540 degrees Celsius dry heat. Two components.

ZINC SILICATE  –  high temperature anticorrosion zinc rich primer silicon paint for 540 o c   SSPC PAINT 20    Type II – Organic

Zinc silicate  11+25 zinc base 540oc – industrial base paint based on special silicone resins with pure zinc for base painting for high heat emitting elements up to 540 degrees, for cold galvanizing, for high-quality cathodic anticorrosive protection for chimneys, furnaces, heat exchangers, turbines, etc. and as a primer before Dyeing with silicone beam or silicone acrylic as a color system for heat of 540 degrees Celsius.

Characteristics:

  • High-quality cathodic protection to prevent rust that develops quickly in bodies emitting high heat.
  • Resistant to high heat 540 degrees.
  • Fast drying primer, dries in air, final drying/hardness only after heating to 200 degrees.
  • Resistant to humid environmental conditions (as part of a system after coating with a silicone beam).
  • Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
  • High adhesion to metal and concrete infrastructure
  • Can be applied in one layer of 75 microns dry, that is 135 microns wet per layer

Uses:

  • Base color before painting with a silicone beam.
  • High-quality anticorrosive cathodic protection for high heat resistance.
  • For painting heat-emitting elements such as steel mills, ovens, chimneys, etc.

Technical data:

  • Theoretical coverage – 1 liter per – 7 square meters on a smooth surface.
  • Consumption – 135 microns wet leaving 75 microns dry. 1 kg for 3-3.5 square meters.
  • solids – 60-65% or 80-85% if less liquid uses.
  • Recommended layer thickness -75 microns dry which is 135 microns wet.
  • Recommended number of layers – 1 thick of 135 microns wet and if there are leaks due to vertical painting or sharp slopes, apply 2 layers of 70 microns wet 24 hours apart.

Color:

  • Zinc grey/cream.

Gloss:

  • Matt.

Area preparation:

  • Sand should be cleaned until white metal 2.5 – SA.
  • Different mechanical sharpening can be done, but the level of preparation of the surface for painting will not fall below 2.5 – SA.

User manual:

  • Open part A carefully, and pour into an empty vessel larger than the amount of paint to be prepared.
  • While stirring, add the zinc powder part B in small amounts so as not to create lumps.
  • Continue mixing well for about 3 minutes.
  • Pour a quantity to use or attach an airless suction pipe and while stirring spray the paint. Without stirring during the entire spraying process, the zinc will settle and there will be no painting in a uniform layer. A large concentration of zinc at the bottom will clog the airless and the spray will be dry, OVER SPRAY.

Packing:

  • 3 kg of base part A + 7 kg of part B = 5 liters, 11 kg of base part A + 25 kg of zinc powder = 18 liters.
