A quick-drying anticorrosive synthetic primer  for ferrous metals, which prevents the spread of fire and the development of flame during welding and/or cutting, suitable for primary painting of the metal against rust, and which significantly inhibits the development of rust in the area of cutting and welding and processing the metal. Based on synthetic resin with chlorinated rubber and flame retardants, which emit chlorine gas during combustion that absorbs the oxygen and does not allow the fire to exist.

DENBERUST FOR WELDING  – anticorrosive synthetic primer  paint fire retardant  for welding and cutting iron  metals for no flame or fire development.

Characteristics:

  • Ready to use.
  • Anticorrosive and prevents rust, especially the one that forms quickly in the welding/cutting area.
  • flexible.
  • Excellent adhesion to the infrastructure.
  • Enables preservation and protection of the metal in the cutting or welding area, in that it does not burn and peel off entirely from the heat. (small flaking only in the welding/cutting area without combustion)
  • Easy to apply with brush, spray, roller.
  • Dries quickly. .

Uses:

  • First anticorrosive primer layer for fire protection while welding/cutting steel.
  • Base color for black iron before processing the metal into products in cutting, welding, bending, grinding, etc.
  • For painting on welding and cutting and bending areas for immediate prevention of rust development.
