  • A perfect sealer from water, repels moisture and prevents penetration into concrete.
  • Chemical resistant, resistant to standing water and industrial wastewater.
  • Resistant to fuels, oils and harsh detergents.
  • Returns to its original shape after each press without any deformation.
  • Resistant to boiling water and heat up to 120 degrees for short periods and 80 degrees Celsius for very long periods.
  • Excellent adhesion to the infrastructure.
  • The strength of its adhesion enables multi-thick coating in one thick casting from 0.5 mm to 20 cm and filling large holes in one application.
  • Easy to apply and dries quickly.
  • 100% solids without diluents and odorless.
  • Does not contain any thinners and can be used in places with minimal ventilation.

Technical data:

  • Consumption: 100% solids, amount of liters according to the amount for application.
  • Elongation – 100% <
  • Density – 1.2-1.3 gm/cm3
  • Mixing ratio – 4:1
  • Recommended layer thickness – no thickness limit but not less than 200 microns.
  • Recommended number of layers – in one thick layer or further layers without limitation.
  • Working time from mixing A with B – 60 minutes at 20 degrees Celsius.
  • Ripening time for use – 24 hours

Color:

  • Standard gray or any shade as ordered (minimum 250 liters per shade).

Touch drying :

  • 2-4 hours, in a layer of 500 microns. Final walk – 24 hours, final difficulty – 3-7 days.

Drying between layers:

  • 12-16 hours depending on the ambient temperature. Fingerprint check.

Application methods:

  • Apply a spoonful of plasters in the mortar

Area preparation:

Concrete infrastructure –

  • Polishing until you get white and clean concrete on the walls, thorough vacuuming, primer 450 for wet areas or epoxy fluor primer for dry areas.
  • It is possible without a primer layer, but this requires a thorough cleaning of the concrete by polishing.

Primary color:

  • On dry concrete – epoxy flour primer.
  • On damp concrete – epoxy primer 450.

Application instructions:

  • Mix a desired amount of part A with part B in a ratio of 4:1
  • Apply the mixture into the hole in the polished and painted concrete, prime and level and apply grout or putty to “zero” height.

Packing:

  • 4+1 = 5 liters, 14.4+3.6 = 18 liters
