Epoxy Solcot  80%  universal solids

For painting steel constructions, water, gas and sewer pipes, tanks and bodies from ferrous and galvanized steel of all kinds, prevents rust, seals the passage of moisture, can be repainted in many layers to obtain a thickness for mechanical resistance for a long time, without lead, without chromates and without coal tar. Resistant to cold up to  O C 45- and constant heat up to  O C  125+.

 EPOXYDEN SOLCOAT 80% SOLIDS, UNIVERSAL PRIMER/MID/TOP COAT  – HARD COAT EPOXY POLYAMIDE PAINT, RUST PREVENTOR AND HUMIDITY ISOLATION COAT, FOR IRON AND GALVANIZED METALS.  FOR METAL OBJECTS, PIPES, TANKS ETC

Suitable for a highly aggressive corrosive environment  in class  C5-I and meets the requirements of the ISO 12944-6  standard   for chemicals  ISO 2812-1 , humidity chamber  ISO 6270 , salt chamber  ISO 7253  for the grade:  DURABILITY RANGE – HIGH

Characteristics:

  • Very thick and strong and resistant to mechanical blows.
  • Universal – basic and intermediate and upper for iron and galvanized.
  • Suitable for painting lightly oxidized galvanized iron and steel with light rust or partial surface preparation.
  • Anticorrosive, prevents the development of rust.
  • Seals moisture passage and gas passage.
  • Maximum waiting time between layers – no time limit.
  • Primer, middle and top for steel and other constructions before painting with top Dunbargloss polyurethane paint for uv protection.
  • Non-toxic and does not emit toxins.
  • Resistant to boiling water. and in momentary heat up to 200 degrees Celsius and constant heat up to 125 degrees Celsius.
  • Resistant to extreme humidity in marine and acidic corrosive conditions.
  • Suitable for painting underwater pipes and burying pipes in the ground.
  • As a base color, it has mechanical strength and very high adhesion  to ferrous and galvanized metals.
  • Resistant to permanent immersion in seawater.
  • Creates a proper preparation for piping and containers for continued painting with Elliptical Danbergloss acrylic polyurethane paint.
  • Resistant to alkaline solutions and diluted acids and to abnormal and prolonged humid conditions.
  • Easy to apply and dries quickly.
  • Can be painted in many layers with a large time window of up to 48 hours by brushing and spraying.
  • Texo is tropical and suitable for spraying in great thickness for each layer for many years of durability requirements.
  • Low surface tension, ready for repainting and/or topcoating the same day after 12 hours.
  • Coverage area depending on coating thickness.
  • Resistant to fuels, oils, jet fuel.

  • For painting steel constructions of buildings of all types, iron and galvanized.
  • For painting concretes and steels of all types.
  • Maintenance of vessels for sealing and preventing the development of rust.
  • For painting concrete and tin buildings and steel facilities for the beach in a salty atmosphere.
  • For painting buildings and steel constructions in the chemical industry in a corrosive atmosphere.
  • Suitable for coating as a primer and/or intermediate layer for interior and exterior painting of vessels and tanks carrying chemicals and solvents.
  • As a foundation and intermediate layer in crude oil and petroleum distillate tanks/tanks.
  • For interior and exterior painting of fresh and salt water pipes and tanks.
  • Suitable for interior and exterior hot piping painting.
  • For painting pipes and water tanks, sea water and fresh water in treatment facilities and gas pipelines.
  • As an intermediate layer for an epoxy primer or zinc silicate.

Packing:

  • 3.6+1.4= 5 liters. 13+5 = 18 liters.
