Transparent multi-thickness Epoxy Fluor  SL  for casting – a multi-thickness, strong and thick, multi-thickness epoxy transparent protective coating, for coating industrial production floors in factories and warehouses, indoor halls and rooms, for resistance to abrasion and chemicals in low concentrations and detergents. Used as a coating as a hard top, 100% solids, self-leveling, especially for coating monolithic floors in casting to obtain a smooth and level surface that is easy to clean and keep the floor clean.

Characteristics:

• Transparent for a protective coating of floors.
• Levels itself and creates a smooth and uniform surface that is easy to clean and wash and prevents the accumulation of dirt.
• Allows a high level of cleanliness.
• Smooth and hard finish for concrete and steel floors. Anti-slip can be roughened.
• Very thick, high hardness, abrasion resistant, scratch resistant, suitable for the movement of forklifts and lifting carts.
• Excellent adhesion to epoxy flour primer, and old epoxy layers.
• It is easy to apply in casting as it has self-leveling ability.
• Resistant to various chemicals, oils and fuels, solvents, resistant to acids and bases in low concentrations – see resistance table.

• Coating floors and rollers and work surfaces in factory floors, humid rooms, work rooms with acids and bases and their vapors.
• Coating concrete and steel floors, walls and work surfaces in warehouses and production halls.
• and coating floors in washrooms, dairies and slaughterhouses, the pharmaceutical industry, meat and food plants, etc.
• and a protective coating for concrete and steel that are in prolonged and corrosive contact with water vapor and acids and bases in low concentrations in various production processes.
• For coating canals and pipelines that carry industrial waste water.
• As a foundation/intermediate layer, clear aligns with quartz in preparation for coating with a top layer in a desired shade.

Technical data:

• Coverage – 1 liter per 1 square meter in a layer of 1 mm
• Recommended maximum layer thickness – unlimited and
• Base to hardener ratio – 2:1 by weight, 1:0.6 by volume and
• Pot life = working time from the moment of mixing B+A to packing 5 liters – 20-30 minutes and
• % solids – 100%

Application methods:
• Floor – casting and leveling with a toothed bar and removing air with a spiked roller. Any desired thickness can be poured in one layer. It is recommended to cast at least 3 mm thick to withstand the load and abrasion of forklifts up to 2.5 tons. And
• Walls and rollers – certification with Cabosil/Erosil for desired viscosity and vertical application.
