Filler of expansion seams Polyplex two-component mastic for expansion seams-heavy loads – thick and powerful polyurethane for flexible filling and sealing of expansion seams in concrete, thin for casting  or thick for application , for resistance to pressures and severe vibrations. Excellent durability in a corrosive, aggressive environment, high abrasion resistance, for use in the heavy, chemical, aviation and marine industries. 37% elongation or 100% elongation , two 100% solid components. Suitable for driving light and heavy vehicles, forklifts, chemical resistance, freight carts, truck boxes, container floors, etc. Produced in a ratio of 3:1 for casting and in a ratio of 2:1 for application. Flexible and perfectly seals expansion seams and prevents liquids from passing through the seam and leaks to the floor below.

Characteristics:

  • Flexible stretches by at least 37% or 100%
  • Prevents cracking in expansion joints in concrete where all contraction and expansion forces drain.
  • bridges capillary cracks.
  • Resistant to constant shocks and vibrations from industrial production machinery.
  • A perfect sealer from water, repels moisture and prevents penetration into concrete.
  • Resistant to abrasion and chemicals, resistant to standing water and industrial wastewater.
  • Resistant to fuels, oils and harsh detergents.
  • Returns to its original shape after each press without any deformation.
  • Resistant to boiling water and heat up to 120 degrees for short periods and 80 degrees Celsius for very long periods.
  • Excellent adhesion to the infrastructure.
  • The strength of its adhesion allows a multi-thickness coating in one thick casting from 0.5 mm to 20 cm and filling large expansion seams and/or fractures that are formed on both sides of the seam from blows from transporting surfaces and driving forklifts, this in one application or casting.
  • Significantly and immediately stops water penetration.
  • Easy to apply and dries quickly.
  • 100% solids without diluents and odorless.
  • Flexible and shock absorber and hard and violent mechanical blows and suitable as a shock absorber around drainage channels.
  • Ready for re-casting the same day and even within a few hours in the summer.
  • Does not contain any thinners and can be used in places with minimal ventilation.

For filling and coating seams in concrete floors in industry 37% or 100% elongation

Technical data:

  • Consumption: 100% solids, amount of liters according to the amount for casting. 3 mm thickness per square meter = 3 liters per square meter.
  • Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen).
  • Elongation – 100% < for most requirements, or 37% for particularly unusual loads (for example – for forklifts of 6 tons and more).
  • Density – 1.2-1.3 gm/cm3
  • Mixing ratio – 3:1 for pouring, 2:1 thick for spreading
  • Recommended layer thickness – no thickness limit but not less than 200 microns.
  • Recommended number of layers – with one thick layer or unlimited additional layers in the future, only light polishing is required to prepare an area to improve adhesion between the layers.
  • Working time from mixing A with B – 60 minutes at 20 degrees Celsius.
  • Ripening time for use – 24 hours
  • And final ripening time – 3-7 days.

Color:

  • Standard gray or any shade as ordered (minimum 250 liters per shade).
