High-quality paint that conducts electricity, has a high viscosity as a paint (and as a gel on order for silk printing), extremely strong and durable with a unique chemical structure. Electrical resistance is close to zero and electrical conductivity is extremely high. Suitable for painting electronic equipment, plastic stands, electrical cables, etc.. Mainly solves shielding and grounding problems. Can be painted as a normal color and also by order as a gel for silk printing for electronic schemes.

Technical data:

Theoretical coverage – 1 liter per 5 square meters (wet layer 200 microns).
Flexibility – 2 mm (sheen)
Density – 1.3-1.45 gm/cm ³
Viscosity – 2-3 sec (HAAKE)
Stiffness – 3 Dg (Ericsson)
Recommended layer thickness – 200-120 wet microns.
The amount of silver and conductive materials: 30-45%
Amount of solids – 60%
Adhesion – B5 (3359-78 ASTM D-)
Resistance – a strip 10 cm long and 1 cm wide and 100 microns thick dry – 0.0-0.6 ohm
Recommended number of layers – 1 (if in one layer the resistance is higher than required, another layer can be applied, in two layers there will be an additional improvement in conduction).

Touch drying :

10-30 minutes. (Gel for printing – for contact 10 minutes).

Drying between layers:

60-90 minutes. Hard final: 3-6 hours. (gel for printing – final 30-45 minutes).

Application methods:

Paint – brushing, rolling, spraying.
Silk print gel – applied with a spreader bar

Dilution:

Thinner 21- D only.
Brushing/rolling – 10-20%
The splash – 30%.

Area preparation:

Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt and loose paint.
Rubbing with glass wool (if required) to remove grains and blowing with air pressure.
Go over the surface with a cloth dipped in thinner or high-quality alcohol to ensure an area free of grease.

Primary color:

Usually there is no need, if there is no adhesion of the paint to the infrastructure, the factory should be consulted about a suitable foundation or preparation of an unusual area.
