Acrylic car paint metallic/pearl One-component acrylic car paint for a two-layer car – smooth and decorative top paint, one-component acrylic solvent, for painting vehicles, with extremely fast drying to prevent leakage and fast application, with excellent adhesion to various types of car primers and  fillers  .

Extremely strong, suitable for extreme outdoor conditions in which the vehicle is located. Suitable for years for direct exposure to the sun as well as extreme cold and heat. Gives the car a smooth and beautiful finish. Produced in many shades. A layer of Dunbargloss Clear Polyurethane Direct Shine or Acrylic Car Lacquer should be applied.

Technical data:

• Theoretical coverage – 1 liter per 8-15 square meters depending on the shade and shade of the base color.
• Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen).
• % solids – 50% <
• Density – 0.9-1.3 gm/cm ³  .
• Viscosity – 20,000 cps (Brookfield).
• Stiffness –>3 Dg (Ericsson).
• Abrasion – 120 micron – 1560 cycles (Gardner) ASTM
• Recommended layer thickness – 50-120 wet microns.
• Recommended number of layers – 2

• In any shade and from any car paint catalog.

Gloss:

• Shiny – silk.

Touch drying :

• 10 minutes. (Due to the rapid drying that prevented over spray “dust” during spraying).
• If “dust” is formed during spraying, retarder should be added and air pressure to the sprayer should be reduced.

Drying between layers:

• 30 minutes. Final: 2 hours. Final difficulty: 24 hours.

Application methods:

• splash.

Dilution:

• Dilutes XL up to 70% as needed and without leaks.

Area preparation:

• Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt and loose paint. and
• Rubbing the base color with sandpaper to remove grains and blowing with air pressure. and
• Filling large holes and dents with car polyester putty. and
• Filling nozzles with Denver filler and rubbing with glass wool. and

Primary color:

• Dunbar one-component acrylic filler or Dunbar Duke putty or two-component compact putty. and

Packing:

• 1 liter, 2.5 liters, 5 liters, 18 liters. and

Storage:

• In a cool and shady place at room temperature. and
