Minium Synthetic – Denberust. Extra anticorrosive lead rich primer paint for metal.

Synthetic primer superior anti-corrosive properties due to the special lead composition rust resistant without the need for high grade surface rust remover preparation. Particularly suitable for painting iron metals in field conditions, places where no surface rust removing is done. Excellent for preventing rust development on the painted metal. Rust Durable for many more years than other synthetic paints.

Properties:

Content high percentage of lead that extends the resistance to prevent rust.
Excellent long lasting protection ability to rust development.
Excellent adhesive to metal infrastructure and black metal.
Suitable for rust defense to iron metal with partial surface preparation.
Orange color can be final layer too.

Applications:

For painting iron pipes before and after welding and screwing.
On screwing tooth’s pipes while screwing to seal and prevent rust.
Steel constructions in outdoor conditions..
For painting after welding to prevent fast rust development.
For painting metal in areas near the sea.
and For painting large iron metal elements where proper sand blast or polish for perfect surface preparation cannot be done.

2-4 hours.

Drying time between layers:

8-12 hours. Final – 16 hours.

Implementing method:

Brush, spray, roller, immersion.

Dilution:

Brush – 5-10% white spirit
Spray – 10-15% D-18 thinner , 3-4 atm. Pressure.
Airless – 5% D-18 thinner, 4-5 atm. Pressure. nozzle 018”
Immersion – 100% thinner.

Surface preparation:

Removal of rust until getting white metal as much as possible.
Grease remover – Degreezer M..
Chemical – rust remover – Denber rust remover 3000, grease remover – degreaser MC.
Sand blast – level SA 2.5 or as much as possible.

Packing:

0.5, 0.75, 2.5 liter, 5 liter, 18 liter.

Storage:

Store in well shaded place at room temp. with appropriate ventilation.
Keep lid tightly sealed.

Shelf life:

12 months in original package.

Tools cleaning:

At the end of the application, with thinner D-18 or Turpentine.

Safety precautions:

Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
Flammable – keep distant from heated areas, fires, flames, and sparks, Prohibit smoking in working area.
While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
