Penetration water base clear sealer, water repellents for impregnating walls and floors from wood or concrete for deep humidity isolation. Based on Potassium methyl siliconate diluted with water. With very small molecular size aloud deep penetration sealing for water repellent. Penetrate without changing the natural shade of the surface. Creates reaction with the CO2 in the air and creates POLYMETHYL SILICIC ACID the provides a perfect water repellent to the surface.

Surface preparations:

Surface must be clean from any dirt, grease or previous paint. If needed sand the surface.
Surface must be dry.

Instructions:

Clean the thoroughly the surface.
Stir the Sealer 16 well
Apply a very thin A thick layer would affect its flexibility and cracks could form.
Spraying: ensure that low pressure is used while spraying close to the surface
After the first layer has finished absorbing and drying,
Apply another layer covering all the surface and wait until it completely dries
