Denbercoatwhite synthetic wood primer and mid layer for wooden doors, doorposts, wooden construction objects and frames and primer for walls before painting with Topcolour or Polydor.

Final drying time:

  • 24 hr. after 24 hr. can be sanded as preparation for top coating.

Implementing method:

  • Brush, spray, roller, immersion.

Dilution:

  • Brush/roller – 10-15% white spirt
  • Spray – 15-25% D-18 thinner , 3-4 atm. Pressure.
  • For spraying on new wooden objects or new walls – 15-20% D-18 thinner , 3-4 atm. Pressure
  • Airless – 5-10% D-18 thinner, 5-6 atm. Pressure. nozzle 0.015”

Surface preparation:

  • Removal of dust and grease until getting clean dry surface.
  • New wood – sand with glass paper, vacuum the dust and spread 2 layers of deck oil’ after 48 hr. sand well and spread 2 layers of Denbercoat.
  • Old painted wood – sand well for uniform matte surface, clean all dust and spread 1 layer of Denbercoat as a primer for top coating with Polydor or Topcolour.
  • On concrete/mortar walls – first layer diluter 20-25% for impregnation, light sanding after dry and another layer after 2-24 hr.

Packing:

  • 0.75 liter, 2.5 liter, 5 liter, 18 liter, 200 liter.

Storage:

  • Store in well shaded place at room temp. with appropriate ventilation.
  • Keep lids tightly sealed.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in original package.

Tools cleaning:

  • At the end of the application, with thinner D-18 or Turpentine.
