Properties:

  • Durability in 70OC heat resistance – no changes in chracteristics and no deformation.
  • Electrical insulation (dielectric strength) at a temperature of 18-22 degrees – 30 kV /mm – passes. After 24 hr. deeping in distilled water – 10 kV/ mm
  • Dielectric Strength breaking stress of dry layer 25 microns -150 KV/mm (ASTM-D-149)

  • Spray-.12-30% D-18 Thinner, 3-4 pressure.
  • Airless- 5-10% D18 Thinner, 5-6 pressure, nozzle0.015″.
  • Immersion-60-80% mineral

Surface preparation:

  • Metals: copper, aluminum, lead- Cleaning the metal to “white metal” level and primer painting with Denberust or Tutgum primer,.

Primer Paint:

  • iron Metal- Oxyden, Denberust, Minium, Zinc chromat, epoxyden primer 19, epoxyden primer rust converter..
