Features:

  • Attach to glass well.
  • In a variety of decorative shades.
  • Coats the glass in a thin, translucent, semi-transparent or opaque layer.
  • UV resistant
  • Can be painted with brush, roller, sprayer and spraying with airless to coat large glass areas as in skyscraper buildings.
  • The intensity of its adhesion to glass allows for durable coating for many years to come.
  • The paint is based on a unique aliphatic two-component polyurethane.

Uses:

  • For decorative glass painting.
  • To the stained glass. (Vitrazz).

Technical data:

  • Drying time to touch – 1-4 hours, initial drying – 12-16 hours, final drying – 24 hours.
  • Final hardness – 5 days.
  • Flexibility – 1 mm (SHEEN)
  • Transparency – Completely clear in a thin layer, in thicker layers shows light turbidity.
  • SHORE D hardness – 65 (ASTM D2240)
  • Abrasion resistance – 3300 cycle Gardner
  • Viscosity blend – 60-85 Krebs (glossy 60, Matte 85)
  • Pot life – 4 hours at 20oC.
  • solids – 60%
  • Mixing ratio – 2:1
  • Recommended number of layers – 1-2
  • Thickness each layer recommended – 40-60 microns wet without leaks.
  • General thickness finite dry recommended – 40-60 microns for full coverage.

Contains:

  • Acrylic polyurethane.
  • Aliphatic hardener.
  • Ingredients to improve adhesion to glass.
  • Special flexibility materials.
  • Additives.

Shade:

  • Transparent and in a variety of UV-resistant shades

Shine:

  • Glossy/Matte/Silk.

Drying to the touch:

  • 1-4 hours

Drying between layers:

  • 2-8 hours depending on environmental heat.

Application methods:

  • Brushing, rolling, spraying.

Dilution:

  • Up to 35% with 11-D thinner. If no smooth area is obtained but “orange peel effect”, add another D-11 thinner.

Preparation of area:

  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt.
  • It is recommended to clean with cloths soaked in type A alcohol.
  • Scratched old glass, rubbing it with “zero” glass paper and removing grains with air pressure or damp wipe.
  • Fill cracks/scratches with a thick solution of 100-component glass protector.

Primer:

  • No primer is required, the coating is SELF PRIMERING.

Storage:

  • In a cool, shaded place at room temperature.
  • Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Safety:

  • Not edible, out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, away from fire and heat.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during application.
  • Wear goggles, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing. In case of injury, seek medical attention immediately.

Caution:

  • Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin.
  • In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
