Aliphatic Polyurethane two component rough coat for hard demands for pouring 1-12 mm in one casting. Durable in aggressive chemicals and solvents.

Decorative, hard, clear/multi-colored, shiny, smooth and durable for stone floors, concrete, epoxy coated floors and etc. Has high mechanical and chemical erosion and friction endurance more than epoxy.

Suitable for applying with quartz. For floor and wall coating.

Applications:

For coating floors in gasoline stations and gasoline reservoirs area, aerodrome, factories floors, concrete surfaces that are exposed to the sun like balconies, sidewalks and other sorts of outdoor passages.
For coating and protecting decorative stone floors and for concrete floors in chemical or other industries.
For coating epoxy coated surfaces (that don’t have UV endurance) enable to give UV endurance in clean rooms (such as medicine, food, hi-tech)
For dance floors, parking lot floors etc.
For concrete or vertical epoxy surfaces (such as walls) and horizontal walking surfaces.
Suitable for ramps under moving equipment.

Surface preparations:

The casting on primer, cement, epoxy or stone must be totally spotless of any dirt, dust or grease.
As a primer layer use Epoxyden floor primer, or Epoxyden primer 450 for wet surfaces.
Surface must be perfectly sharpened before primer with diamond polishing stones and totally vacuumed.

2.5+5=7.5 liters,
10+5=15 liters.

In a shaded place at room temperature with appropriate ventilation.

Safety precautions:

Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
While applying, recommended good air ventilation even the product is 100% solids without solvents, and without evaporation of solvents.
Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
Avoid direct contact of the paint/coat with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with plenty water.
In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.

Warnings:

When exposed to the sun the coating might have changes in color. But it is not damaged. For LONG AND PERMANENT exposure to sun, coat with Denbergloss chem resist paint uv durable for protect from the sun.
Clean with mild cleaning materials.
Don’t scratch or drag heavy and sharp objects that could damage the coating.
