Primer high temperature enrich with zinc

Features:

  • High-quality cathode protection to prevent rapidly developing rust in high-heat emitting bodies.
  • Resistant to high heat up to 600 degrees.
  • Primer paint fast drying in the air, final hardness only after heating to 200 degrees.
  • Resistant to humid environments (as part of a system after Aluma silicon coating).
  • Suitable for internal and external use.
  • High adhesion capacity to metal and concrete infrastructure

Uses:

  • Primer paint before painting in Aluma silicone.
  • High-quality anticorrosive cathode protection for high heat resistance.
  • For painting heat-emitting elements such as steel mills, ovens, chimneys, etc.

Technical data:

  • Theoretical coverage – 1 liter per 7 square meters on a smooth surface.
  • Consumption – 135 microns wet leaves 75 microns dry. 1 kg to 3-3.5 sqm.
  • Flexibility – 2 mm (sheen).
  • Solids – 60-65%
  • viscosity – 2-4 (HAAKE).
  • Stiffness – 3 Dg (Erickson) after 30 seconds in the oven 200 degrees.
  • Recommended layer thickness -75 dry microns which are 135 microns wet.
  • Number of layers recommended – 1 thick of 135 microns wet and if there are leaks due to vertical painting or sharp inclines, can applied 2 layers of 70 microns wet 24 hours apart.

Contains:

  • Silicone resins Ethyl silicate.
  • Fillers.
  • Special flexible materials.
  • Solvents, additives.
  • Pure zinc.

Hue:

  • Zinc gray.

Gloss:

  • Matt.

Drying to the touch:

  • 0.5 hours. 6 minutes on a hot element.

Drying between layers:

  • 2-4 hours. Final:24 hours at Room Temperature.
  • Final hardness – 7 days

Surface preparation:

  • Sand blast cleaning should be performed until white metal 2.5 – SA level.
  • Various mechanical erosion can be performed but the level of field preparation for painting will not decrease from 2.5 – SA.
  • In sensitive flammable places work with bronze brushes, 2.0 – SA can be closely supervised by all grinding processes.
  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose color.

To use:

  • Well shake the aerosol container for at least 2 minutes

Packing:

  • 0.4 liters.

Storage:

  • In a cool, shady place at room temperature.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Tool Cleaning:

  • Diluted 21-D at the end of painting.

Safety:

  • Not edible, out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, away from heats, fire and sparks.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during application.
  • Wear goggles, solid gloves, protective clothing.
  • In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.

Caution:

  • Top color must be painted on it for oxidation resistance, zinc is exposed to a damp/corrosive atmosphere that oxidizes and breaks down quickly.
  • Do not mix with unsalted ingredients.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin.
  • In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
