Organic silicone based single-component coating, durable at extremely high temperature, provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Powerful coating is suitable for different kinds of hot substrates.

New thin layer thermal insulation technology, extremely strong, excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, abrasion resistant, has unique molecular structure, durable at temperatures -20 – + 650 OC

Touch dry:

  • 6-8 hours, definitive hardness – 7 days

Drying between layers:

  • 24 hours depending on environment temperature. Verification by fingerprint.

Application methods:

  • Brushing, rolling, casting and leveling by comb.

Thinning:

  • Thinner D-32 if necessary.

User application and surface preparation:

  • Thoroughly clean all dust, grease, dirt and loose paint. Apply degreaser M to remove fats.

Primer:

  • The surface with rust – completely remove the rust mechanically or chemically
  • Rust-free surfaces – remove the grease and apply the Zinc Silicate primer

Package:

  • 5 liters, 18 liters

Storage:

  • In a cool, protected from direct sunlight place at a room temperature.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in original package.

Tools cleaning:

  • Thinner D-32 after the painting.

Safety:

  • Inedible, keep out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, keep away from heat, flame and sparks.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation during application.
  • Wearing goggles, solvents resistant gloves, protective clothing.
  • In case of injury – immediately contact a physician.

Warning:

  • Do not apply on wet area.
  • Do not apply at a temperature bellow than +20 OC and humidity higher than 75%
  • Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes, causes skin dryness and irritation. In case of contact rinse with plenty of water and contact a physician for medical treatment.
