Liquid polyurethane two-component flexible sealer. Multi-thickness hydrophobic elastomeric polyurethane, inflatable when encountering water. A powerful blend is ready to be injected under pressure into cracks and grooves from which water penetrates, 100% solids, to fill and seal cracks in reservoirs and on basement floors and on other underground floors from which groundwater or rainwater perishes. Suitable for leak repairs in exterior and interior cladding, flooring and panels, water-penetrating toes and capillary topped. Seals concrete connections that are on the move and which vibrations will cause cracking and/or disintegration and water penetration through the cracks. To fill gaps between concrete plates at any unlimited thickness to prevent groundwater passage during the process of digging the colons. No smell and no thinners.

Uses:

  • Seal licks in reservoirs.
  • To seal groundwater penetration in elevator shaping
  • to seal groundwater intrusions in underground structures.
  • Seals capillary penetration over flooring height.
  • Sealing sewage pipe leaks.
  • Sealing spot leaks from vertical and horizontal walls infiltrates irrigation water.
  • To close nozzles in concrete castings in water reservoirs and to prevent sweating and/or leaks through them.
  • Repair and maintenance in dams and water reservoirs and plumbing and piping accessories.
  • Sealing in peripheral walls in excavations for the purpose of drilling poles.

  • Consumption – 100% solid, amount of liters consumption by amount of injection.
  • Density – Transparent Base – 1.0+0.2 gm\cm3. Transparent hardener – 0.2+ 1.22 gm\cm3

  • Translucent yellowish.

Gloss:

  • Matte Silk.

Drying to touch:

  • 2-4 hours in 25 degree heat, for a layer of up to 500 microns
  • between layers: 12-16 hours, Final: –16-24 hours, final hardness – 3-7 days.

Application methods:

  • Mixing Part A with Part B in the appropriate ratio and injecting under pressure through a fall to a repeater inserted into the wall in drilling in the leak area.
  • It can be injected with electrical or pneumatic equipment that creates pressure such as airless and also a suitable pressure pump.
  • Small portions can be injected with an grease hand gun.

Dilution:

  • Must not dilute.

Preparation of area and application:

  • Drilling every 20 cm in the leak/sweating areas, inserting a fall into the repeat and screwing for a firm grip on the wall.
  • Injection.

Life time after mixing depending on the heat of the environment (for a mixture of 1 liter):

  • 10 degrees – 20 minutes
  • 15 degrees – 15 minutes
  • 20 degrees – 12 minutes
  • 25 degrees – 10 minutes
  • 30 degrees – 8 minutes
  • 35 degrees – 5 minutes

  • 0.5 concentrated accelerator + 17.5 =18 liters or 10% catalyst for non-standard packaging (0.1+1 = 1.1 liters, 0.5+5=5.5 liters)

Storage:

  • In a cool, shady place in the room temperature with proper ventilation.
  • Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Tool cleaning:

  • Thinner 11-D or 4/100 –D after painting.

Safety:

  • Not edible, out of reach of children.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during application.
  • Wear goggles, gloves, protective clothing.
  • In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.

Caution:

  • Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin.
  • In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
