Nitro clear fast drying lacquer.

Nitro Lacquer for wood, fast drying, hard coat for internal uses.

Hard lacquer with high durability, flexible, fast drying for coating furniture wooden surfaces, scratch and hit durable, smooth and decorative used as a mid-layer for Denbergloss Clear coating lacquer or as a final layer that when polished a shiny surface is created.

Touch-dryness:

Drying time between layers:

15-30 minutes. Final: 4-6 hours.

Nitro clear fast drying lacquer.

Application methods:

Spray, dip or brush, roller.

Dilution:

Brushing: 25%-35% using only the D-21 thinner.
Dipping: 100% D-21 thinner.
Spraying: 40%-50% D-21 thinner.
Airless: 15%-20% D-21 thinner.

* For slower drying add a retarder. To get a better shine you must add a retarder

Surface preparations:

In order to paint directly without a foundational coat – clean well, remove grease with a thinner and polish with delicate sandpaper.

Primer paint:

Primer sealer or isolation.

Adhesion promoter:

For Plastic surfaces that are slippery and fiberglass – add a clear connecting promoter (nitro solution concentrate) into the lacquer before applying.

Instructions:

Clean the wood after polishing it.
Stir the Primer Sealer well adding the required amount of D-21 thinner.
Apply a very thin A thick layer would affect its flexibility and cracks could form.
Spraying: ensure that low pressure is used while spraying close to the surface.
In cases where the adhesion level is too low, add a connecting promoter.

Packaging:

1 liter, 2.5 liters, 5 liters, 18 liters.

Storage:

In a shaded and cool place at room temperature with appropriate ventilation.
Keep lids tightly sealed.

Safety precautions:

Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
Flammable – keep distant from heated areas, fires, flames, and sparks, Prohibit smoking in working area.
While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
